Tracy is a sought-after Board Level Coach, a lead Trainer and Facilitator who has worked with a wide range of organizations, within the UK and internationally, including clients such as Goldman Sachs, Greene King, BMW, Nokia, Fuji Bank, Legal & General, BP and GSK. Drawing on her broad experience in the field across the last two decades, Tracy works with business leaders, executives and managers to support and enhance their professional and personal development.
Tracy is bilingual in Spanish and, after graduating, she was a Spanish teacher and translator in Spain for six years. On her return to England, she moved into the corporate sector and developed a highly successful career in International Project Management and Quality Consultancy. Her key roles included Senior Project Manager, EMEA Operations for Bank of America, Strategic Project Director and Senior International Operations Manager for Lloyds Register Quality Assurance and, Quality Consultant for American Express, EMEA.
John is a globally experienced Management Consultant, Facilitator and Learning Solutions Designer. He has held a number of Senior Learning Leader roles including Head of Workshop Development at Imparta, European Head of Training and Development at Linde, and Senior Organizational Consultant for Lloyds TSB.
John has over 20 years experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions in Sales, Leadership and Management Development and Change. He provides Coaching, Training and Assessments across the globe and has extensive experience of implementing change in diverse cultures. He works with a wide variety of clients including British Airways, GE, and Kent County Council.
Janet is a qualified Coach, Counsellor and Management Trainer. She has worked as an Executive and Life Coach in organizations and with individuals at all levels. She regularly coaches individuals to help them with strategic thinking, building better relationships and exerting more influence with their teams, better managing scarce resources, working across boundaries and cultures, increasing their effectiveness as leaders.
Janet has worked across a broad range of sectors including the armed forces, emergency services, charities, finance, healthcare, law, sales, tourism, transport, teaching and education. Public sector clients include many Borough and County Councils and NHS Trusts.
Lesley has extensive experience as a Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer and Executive Coach, working with a range of clients in the public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and Middle East, including Coca-Cola Hellenic, Centura Foods, Nationwide Building Society, European Bank of Reconstruction, Thomas Cook Airlines, Chemring Europe, Oxford University Press and UKAS. She believes in creating a structured and collaborative consulting environment, taking a practical approach to projects, while incorporating appropriate theories and models in support. Her focus is on embedding learning in the organization to create sustainable growth.
Lesley has the ability to connect with all levels of an organization and a passion for supporting and challenging others to reach their potential and develop organizational performance. Prior to moving into Consultancy Lesley was Head of Learning, Education and Development for Bovis Europe and previously worked for Thomson CSF and Thorn EMI Electronics.
Carole is a Business Psychologist specialising in the assessment and selection of Chairmen, CEOs, Directors and NEDs. She has extensive experience across Whitehall, Scottish Government, Executive Agencies, Local Authorities, the NHS and Police Authorities in selection and development of senior leaders. Carole also has significant experience in Executive Assessment, Board Appraisal and Leadership across a wide range of FTSE 200 companies. Sectors include Financial Services, Telecoms, FMCG, Retail, Transport, Manufacturing and Utilities. She has a proven track record in designing assessment and selection methodologies and managing large scale recruitment campaigns and over twenty five years consulting experience in Organizational Development and HR.
As a member of the HR Strategy Team at British Airways, she lead and managed large scale OD interventions. As Head of Management Development she was responsible for Talent Development, Succession Planning, Selection Methods, Assessment, Career Development, Performance Management, and Graduate Resourcing. At Capita Carole lead a team of Consultant Psychologists to deliver high quality, cost effective solutions to public sector clients with full P&L responsibility within a growing FTSE 100 Company. She was responsible for Business Development and Planning, Account Management, large scale Project Management and managing a team of fourteen staff.

Martyn Harries brings immense creativity to Natural Talent Bristol as an internationally respected BAFTA and EMMY Award winning Dubbing Mixer with an impressive track record of dubbing high-profile programs and more than 20 years extensive experience of delivering high-quality sound tracks at the BBC. He is an experienced and qualified Teacher, Trainer, Public Speaker, Musician and is a Senior Lecturer in Audio and Music Technology at the University of the West of England.
