Jill Maidment BA Hons

Jill Maidment is the Founder and Director of Natural Talent Bristol and South Wales.  She is a highly respected, sought-after and effective International Executive Business Coach, Executive Mentor, Leadership and Management Development Consultant and British Psychological Society qualified Assessor.

Jill has over 20 years extensive experience in high profile senior roles within sales and marketing, client relationship management, training and consultancy, with global companies including the BBC, Air France, KLM, SHL, the Lego Group and therefore understands the issues faced by leaders and managers.

At Natural Talent Jill works with global clients across most industry sectors, both in the UK and internationally, and with UK based SMEs and large public sector organizations.  Jill creates excellent ROI by significantly improving individual, team and business performance, having worked with, and been trained by, 3 of the world’s leading Performance Improvement Consultancies (SHL, PPC, CLG), and by 12 Fortune 500 CEOs in High Performance Leadership and Strategy for Growth at Stanford Graduate School of Business.  Occasionally Jill will work as an Associate for some of the large US Consultancies to provide robust Executive Business Coaching and 360 Feedback to high profile C-suite executives and VPs.

Qualifications and Training

Jill holds a Diploma in Coaching, British Psychological Society Levels A and B, and a BA Honours Degree in French and German with Management.

Over the past few years Jill Maidment, has assessed and given feedback to many CEOs and senior managers in the UK, US, Europe and Scandinavia. Recently our clients got their own back and conducted a 360 Feedback Process on Jill herself!   Overall she scored 92% for her skills in Executive Coaching, Client Relationship Management and Change Management.  Her effectiveness and impact as a Coach scored 94%, with CRM scoring 96%.
