Associate Executive Coaches Required
Natural Talent is pleased to be looking for additional Associate Executive Coaches, who are resident in the South and South West of England, South Wales and London.
You will need to have a certified Coaching Qualification and be able to demonstrate a minimum of 500 hours of Executive Coaching experience with individual clients, such as Board members, CEOs, Directors and Heads of Departments within blue chip or large public sector organizations.
In addition you will need to be a British Psychological Society qualified Assessor with extensive experience in administering and providing feedback from Psychometric tests, Personality Profiles and 360 Feedback Reviews.

You will need to be able to deliver Executive Coaching that is aligned with our clients’ business strategy to address the most common issues facing leaders and where outcomes may include:

Assessment for the opportunities will involve preparation of a real-life Executive Coaching session to demonstrate a clearly defined yet flexible approach, utilizing recognized leadership models, methods and tools you would use to solve very specific problems and to achieve measurable results to develop leaders. Personality Questionnaires and Behavioural and Values based Interviews will also form part of the selection process.
