Associate Consultants Required
We are especially interested in interviewing Consultants who are able to deliver our bespoke programmes in High Performance Leadership and Management Development in a highly interactive Coaching Training style, utilizing the most up to date, practical tools and techniques. The Consultants also need to be BPS qualified Assessors in order to be able to deliver feedback from Personality Questionnaires.

As the majority of our work originates from referrals, all our Associate Consultants need to be highly professional and qualified, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. You will need to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years Consulting experience in the private and public sector, as well as at least 5 years of senior corporate management experience.
You will be required to work in partnership with our global clients and have the credibility to be able to operate at all levels, from Board to individual team members. Our world-class Consultancy services are delivered to a wide range of functions in corporate companies across a variety of industry sectors and large public sector organizations.
The development interventions must lead to sustained behavioural and attitudinal change, significant improvement in individual, team and business performance, and be aligned with our clients’ business strategy. Outcomes need to include an increase in levels of Emotional Intelligence, improved Communication, higher productivity, greater teamwork, enhanced employee engagement, and higher levels of retention.
